Mobility Scooters

So the Traffic Authority in all its wisdom has banned any type of scooter from using the pavements, what is the matter with these people, so any OAP that does not have a Blue Badge must use the road and take there chance with the buses and motor bikes and cars, and when an OAP is killed under a bus will the family of the victim be able to charge the lunatic that introduced this ban with manslaughter?. Now I for one agree that something needed to be done, as the sitution as it was had got out of hand. A ban is not the answer Benidorm has got regulation in place it just needs to be INFORCED by the Local Police, and they should not be rented to any able bodied person, There are a lot of old people that dont have a blue badge, these people have trouble walking others have trouble with there breathing and are unable to walk short distencses. I am one of thoso people that has trouble with there breathing I cant tell you what its like to be able to get about when we go to Benidorm it makes going there a plsure.

Instead of having bike lanes like other cities, Benidorm could have mobility scooter lanes.
If they stopped renting these out to able bodied people, half the businesses in Benidorm would quickly go bankrupt. It seems like a good way for drunk people to get around.
