registration for rentals

Hi I'm new to this site. I have a two bedroom bungalow in Mar de Cristal, Murcia and only ever do short term rentals. I have now been informed that I will now need to register my property. I really don't understand how and where I have to do this. I'm a non resident and live in the UK , not sure how I can do this from here. Any info would be much appreciated, I am just totally confused !!!

You will need to get in touch with the local council.... The best way forward is to contact a solicitor and instruct them to apply for a Tourist licence on your behalf.. you will need comply with the list of requirements necessary before a licence is issued.
