Rental Agents

Hi All, Me and my wife are moving to Spain in the next several months and are looking at long term rental to begin with. I was wondering if anyone out there has used the services of R&B HOMES or ATRIVM PROPERTIES?

Or what would be the best course to long term rent.

They are a national Spanish company renting properties on a 3 year lease. You will need to prove financial status, income etc . A months deposit is usual and you need to pay the connection charges for utilities which are high. They unlike agents do not charge excessive upfront fees.

Hi, Thanks very much for the advice, but we are looking for a furnished property and to start with we are maybe looking at 6 month to a year rental.
