Looking for good sales/rental agent

I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in almoradi, Costa Brava South. Can anyone reccommend a good agent for this area for either sales or long term rent.

i have two lovely houses to sell in playa flamenca, ones a detatched villa ,the other a large house with annex, but i cant find a really good agent, what i really get fed up of here is, they say your house is not worth the price you want for it, they talk you into putting it up for lower, then they stick it in their window at that higher price anyway! so they must think it is worth that price you initially asked for. i know they have to charge commision, but i do feel we are being ripped off. can any of you recommend a good private agent that works on his own and is happy with a moderate comission, thanks

Inmobiliaria Morales in Plaza Constitution, Almoradi.
Spanish agent and english speaking sidekick who is very helpful and reasonable costs as far as I know.
