Campo delivery of water

Can you help with water delivery access as my land is not the easiest to get to. There is a road that goes to the top but it is quite steep, and a small narrow lane between houses to the bottom of the land. I am considering having a deposito on the land as there are issues with the neighbor and a well. Any help would be welcomed so I can set this up before the summer?

Have you made in inquiries at the water supply company's ..the Water trucks I have seen have long hose's and pumps on board ...
