Community President

Is there an association of community presidents? Somewhere to seek advice and help for a newly elected president?

Not officially, as far as I know, but forums such as this serve the purpose fairly well. Ask away!

Depending on how reliable and trustworthy your administrator is, they should be able to advise you as well.

No Presidents organisation, sadly.

Administrators do take advice from a College of Administrstors but often interpret the law their way.

First thing to do is research all you can find on Spain's Horizontal Property Act amended in 2019 to cover various rules on rentals and votes but the basic act governs ALL Community living.

Basic must for ALL Presidents, good luck
