I have been recently talking with a couple of developers who seem to me quite risponsable. I do not mention names in order to respect the rules of EyeonSpain.
One of them was considering the possibility of offering rentals with options to buy to place in the market those properties of them in stock, the option to buy can be agreed to be exercised within 2-3 years.
The other one pictured to me a different plan for those who has no access to financiation now, this was to extend the contract for a while and start paying amounts of 500 € a month to be deducted from final price, once financiation resources are more available.
What do you think of these options?
This is not a good afternoon: the terrible airplane accident in Madrid and a virus infecting my computer.
Anyhow, in every sad circumnstance, there is always a big scenario of good things to be thankful and joyful about.
