I have a Caja Murcia account & use their online banking facility.
I do have the option of making one off or regular payments using the internet banking facility.
However, a fellow owner (also Caja Murcia) wanted to make a transfer for community fees & after I talked her through how to use the internet option she told me that she didn't have a transfer option in the menu on the left hand side, once you are logged in.
I had an email from her today saying that she had phoned their helpline & they had sorted it out for her. The telephone number is on the top right of the screen when you are logged in.
