In January I had a 1.9m dish and box fitted, it was fine for a week then I started to loose channels, I called the original company twice to say I was not getting some channels including itv1 ! They could not have cared less and did not want to know. Luckily someone recommended A Satellite guy to me called John who did this for a living in the UK, he came to my house and re-aligned the dish and microtuned the box and hey-presto I have my TV back, charged just 25€.
