New to eyeonspain - buying on Trampolin Royal Dream

Is there anyone who live in Murcia Region out there hoping to live on Royal Dream?

Also is there anyone out there who is buying on Royal Dream but not living in Spain?

Hope I am not the only one .

i thought trampolin hills was illegal and mixed up with bent Murcia major?

If the development boards haven't been used recently, maybe you could play around and add a few other names to the development search in case there are other posts for the development but just with a different title. Some developments have different names. Other than that, maybe it just isn't being used or discussed within that development. I have seen some posts on here referring to Trampolin Hills, not sure if this is yours or maybe near to it? Keep posting on here though, someone might be able to help I\m sure.

Maybe you could pm Georgia the resident estate agent on here as he tends to know what is going on within the estate agency world over there.

Hope that is a bit more help for Melcremer.  I see you have managed to find your development board but if nothing else happens just keep posting on the general boards and hopefully someone will read the posts and contact you. Other than that, as I say, Georgia (Shaun) has lots of posts on here so may be able to help you more than us. Have a search through posts about Trampolin Hills, I'm sure I remember reading about it somewhere. Good Luck

Just to let anyone who cares know. Have today spoken to Trampolin Hills head office in San Javier. Have been told that revised documents for license have been submitted and will be discussed at next coucil meeting before end of January 2009. (?) -who knows.

however going to visit Ayuntamiento in Albudeite on Friday this week to speak with a guy there I have met before to find out about the licences for Trampolin Royal Dream as it comes under a different local coucil.

No work has been done but am taking camera along.

Will post any news I get.

Sorry it has taken so long to reply,January  is usually a quite month for me but not this year for some reason.

After talking with a legal advisor in Murcia yesterday,he has suggested that Royal dream is ok and free to go ahead,he seems to think that any issues that surrounded this development originally, have now been erased.

I do know the other Trampolin dvelepments have suffered irregularities regarding licence etc and although this have not been totally resolved i have been told that this should soon end in the positive.

I suppose the third consecutive Mayor of San Javier going to prison has not helped the issue!?
