We are both cleaning freaks (house-trained), so will leave the apartment tidier than we find.
We also rent out a property within the UK, through an agency, and expect our tenants to look after and respect our home.
Our requirement
1bedroom minimum furnished apartment, parking a plus.
One month contract, but with the option of a twelve month extension.
Seeking (British ex-pat community) Mar Menor area of the Costa Calida, or similar coastal towns, not a rural location.
Must be able to leave our front door and be able to walk along a promenade without getting into a car.
Good transport links.
Happy to pay up-to £360 or per month rent or €400 (can it be done)
Will pay a deposit and part rent up front, payment could either be paid direct from our UK account or direct from our UK rental agent to your account
