hi, can anyone answer this quetion? i own a home in spain outright/no mortgage/ three years ago/when it was all ok!/
i foolishly bought another house/i have a high mortgage on this house/
three years down the line and things have got very bad..we have no job, and we cant afford the mortgage.ive been to see the bankwho are very unhelpful, really didnt care less.
what i would like to know is....if they reposses my mortgaged house will they kick me out of my home i own outright?
will they make me sell this home?
and when and if i do will they take back money i owe on the other one? i hope maria or someone can advise me thankyou
