Just a quick update form a client who has purchased on phase 1 with a completion date of April 2009
I have been advised the buyer to check their bank guarantee and eventually he discovered that he didn't have one and chased his lawyer and the developer.
I found their response amazing that if he wanted one a condition was that he would have to sign a revised contract agreeing an extended contact date of April 20101 which means it could run 18 months over the original agreed date
If you visit the site there is stalla distinct lack of built properties
The fact remains that he is entitled to a BG under Spanish Law and to get some independent advice o this tactic which amounts to blackmail
Again I would urge amy buyers to check if they have a valid in date BG
