Second's cool! So long as he stays in front of Alonso! Yes!!!!!!! Just keep Alonso back in fourth!

How sad!! Okay - Hamilton screwed up at the start! Even though Massa blocked him from the grid so Raikkonen could get through, Hamilton should have just sat behind Alonso and not tried to get in front!
What the heck, he's still second in the Drivers Championship! And only due to Ferrari yet again manipulating the race! Exactly what F1 and Max Mosely want!!!
I'm sad!!
But, next year, watch out for Hamilton again!
So, Justin, stalemate!! Rounds on both of us next time in Duquesa!! But then ........ Hamilton did beat Alonso .........????

What a race. I actually think it was the right result. With all the turmoil this year and the "Stepneygate" incident I really think that this was a good outcome for the sport. It's about time Kimi won the title, he is mega behind the wheel.
Lewis is going to be around for a while so we'll have our champ very soon.
I'll get my cents together for that round of drinks.
Can't wait for next year already.
Justin

So, Justin and everyone else into F1, are we ready for next weekend in Melbourne. My money is most definitely on Hamilton again this year - have full confidence in him again and know that he will have learnt a lesson or two from last year's mistakes.
We've even just invested in a one off smartcard so we can watch it in English and not listen to the numpties screaming in Arabic!!
So, as we're three hours ahead of you in Spain at the moment, do you want me to post the results here for you?????

Just noticed your post re Arabic TV commentators. Do you see an Arabic programme called Motor X. OH watches on Sky, can't remember which channel but it is so funny. Throughout the whole programme they keep drifting into English. Typical example was someone describing their car and used; 'dashboard, spoiler, wheel trim, miles per hour, timer' etc. I know lots of the programmes do this language drift but I think this is the worst. Even an non speaker such as me can follow it.
Great about Lewis winning!

Sonia, I've never heard of that programme, but then there are so many channels that it may be shown on (we have hundreds of Arabic channels here, obviously!!) and we really just stick to the English ones!! But very typical!
Year before last, I think, F1 sold the rights to broadcast in this region to the Bahrain GP and Al Jazeera, so we subscribed to Showtime (another service) which showed the Al Jazeera Channels and could watch in English. But last year (half way through the season!!) Al Jazeera decided to branch out on their own and you had to buy their card, so had to watch with the commentary in Arabic!! So, just as you describe, it was obviously easy to follow, but really frustrating!!! It's so refreshing to watch now with English commentary again!!! They do the same with the football here - everything in Arabic, until there's a goal!! Then it's "goooooooooaaaaal"!!! And you wonder if there is a word for that in Arabic!!
And, yes, Hamilton will take the championship this year!! I'm betting on it!!!
