Lost SIP Card

My daughter has lost her SIP card but we have a photocopy, does anyone know if I can get a replacement at the local health centre or will she have to re apply for another

Hi,
As far as I know your health centre will be able to sort out a new one.
It could take some time though! My husband managed to break his in two. It took 4 months to get a new one. (through the CAP)

Hi,
Yes your health centre should be able to give you another one.
We are non residents so we have to renew our's every 3 months or whenever we are over.
