my solicitors informed me the court  have rejected my claim to get my money back , execute the bank guarantee. the developent the nueva ribera beach club in murcia had problems linked to alleged money laundering and fraud . the promoter and developer have gone bust  although built the town hall blocked any progres. what is the bank guarantee for

hi maria the court applied the old regulation opposed to the modern one if this makes sense.

There has just been one regulation on this type of Guarantees who was slighrly ammended basically to just change 6% interests to legal interests and enlarge the number of differnet types of  development companies under the obligations of the Law... so what you said, does not make any sense to me!
