I am still trying to get Telefonica to sort themselves out after a year of trying to make them understand that I have no intention of paying for internet which didn't work on the day they installed it or the next day when I told them to remove it. It isn't my fault they couldn't move their useless backsides for a month to remove it, or take 6 months to disconnect the line. I have had to go to the Consumer Protection Board who also can't get any sense out of them. The lady dealing with the problem says she has 100's of similar complaints against Telefonica and that their incompetence is incredible.
