proposed rental prices?

Has anyone got any thoughts on how much a 3 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment on Mar Menor 2 over looking lake and pool with front line golf views would rent for during high season. Should I plan to charge roughly the same as a 3 bed villa with a similar spec as the properties are roughly the same size?
