Gogo Estates, Aguilas

Anyone used this company?  Went to their offices last week -boy what a change in just 6 months.  Only 3 people working there, including the boss Ana, but there are no property details in the window and there is an air of disallusionment over the building.  I know from tel cons that none of the staff have stayed for more than 2 months so times must be hard for the industry.
Gogo offer NO after sales service and this has to be the way to go as I gather most of the big boys are really bad at this.  Are having problems with our first habitation, and hence completion.  Thank goodness we got an independent solicitor otherwise I dread to think where we would be.

We are still trying to get the furniture pack promised as we were independant travellers.  Emails no response, office shut up.  If I have no joy next week, I think its over to the solicitors.

So, update on Gogo.  After my last posting I got a private message from Gogo saying they would help me if I sent all the information.  Imagine my surprise - no contact to direct calls, but post a message on a public site and, voila!  Unfortunately this was short lived as the promised help has not materialised despite me resending all the paperwork that seems to vanish so easily in their big empty office.

Ronald/Simon/Serena or whoever is representing Gogo, you have until after Easter to contact me again with a solution otherwise, together with some of your other unsatisfied customers, we are going to the Spanish Consumers association.

You will be very lucky. I have been trying to contact them for months(phone/email/letters).Most of the staff have left now.Apparently the original company has been put into receivership and a new one set up with a slightly different name in the same premises.

The owner Ronald   owes customers,companies and many of his ex staff money and was in court last week .A court order has been placed on all of the assets and he has to notify the court of all income. and outgoings until he pays up.

It appears that you will need to take court action against him to recover any monies owing unfortunately

Surely some of you must have been dialling the wrong number, I am purchasing through GoGo and always get my calls and emails answered. Their office is not closed and if no staff were there they were probably out selling as the company is undergoing a period of expansion. The sales staff do not pressurise and have a lot of patience, showed me a good range of properties.

If not then i suspect he hasnt been paid his commission yet so is still answring your calls

 

He is now facing a bankrupcy order so be careful.I bought a umber of properties and agreed cashback on all of them from him.At first he was charming etc etc and appeared honest.Dont be fooled as he does this to everybody.He owes me and a lot of other customers and ex staff a lot of money.Unfortunately crooks like him can get away with it in Spain,He sells property without licence and then walks away.

Thanks locations, for this info on spanish property club.  I could have a very unchristian moment and waste an hour on his click per view!  Some of the properties he purports to offer resale are on sites I recognise and its very tempting to put up a warning, but I guess that wouldn't be on would it, Justin?  Not even if someone has court judgements against them?

Locations, we are keen to follow you down the court action.  Would you mind advising how to go about it?  Thanks, W

And guess what?  Am I the only 'client' of Gogo who has received a threatening phone call about posting messages on the internet that they don't like?  They want a retraction . . . . but to what I am unsure.

Apparently the furniture pack promises are worthless without the Ronald Goosen signature - and they were all posted without them.  And Ronald now has a judgement against him for E250K which he still hasn't paid.

My message to any potential buyers - steer clear of Gogo.  They are desperate for your money but barely trading . . . and if this is a libellous statement, Gogo, please take me to Court.

I have it that Ronald fired two people over accusations of stealing cash from the office.

The accusation is obviously untrue as the outfit is so cash-strapped that they don't have that sort of money to leave lying around. The general take is it was an excuse to fire them without giving notice. The story spread like wildfire. I challenge you to go into any bar in Aguilas and mention Ronald's name and they'll be able to provide you with more stories of this type.

Also, beware Ronald's mother, Thea. He uses her as a decoy. She pretends to be a cluesless and struggling old lady. Never invite her into your house. Never listen to her complaints or show sympathy for her ailments. It's all acting and part of the scam. I've seen her acting quite differently among her own. Ronald sends her out  to spy and identify gullible people who can be bought out of their homes cheaply.

If you want to sell a property with Gogo, always get a second opinion on the price.

Also, beware his website. Many of the properties listen there don't exist or have been sold long ago. There are cases of the interior of one house being matched to the interior of another. If you look carefully, you'll find the same photos being used to sell different properties. It's all part of trying to appear bigger than he is. I know my way around Aguilas well and know many of these properties and can tell you that his descriptions don't match.

Despite threats to take me to court in June and July for alleged defamatory statements over his failure to honour a furniture voucher,  Ronald the Fraud has not made any further threats.  Could it be he is so busy defending his rear guard that the offensive has just got way laid.  Either way, to any Eye On Spain readers, please just take a big diversion around GoGo Estates in Aguilas - they are bad news through and through.  And it is true what Amogles states - their reputation amongst the Spanish trade and locals is just dire and they only keep going by sucking in unsuspecting foreigners.

i have to say, I think you all have nothing better to do!! I have dealt with Gogo Estates and Ronald, buying and selling property and I can honestly say there is no other company more professional in the area. Every time I go to the office the staff are friendly, helpful and polite and seem to be rather busy compared to others around so they must be doing something right, I see the gogo car is always out and about with clients. Also Ronald and his staff have never failed to communicate or deliver the goods. I smell a bit of envy?? Grow up you lot and do something more useful with your time like helping a charity.

And as for bad mouthing his mother, you should be disgusted!
