is it legal to drive an open topped car with a baby in a car seat in the back?

I don't see why not and I couldn't find anything about it on the Spanish driving forums.  As long as they are in the proper baby seat then I don't think it breaks any laws.

We concur, this is perfectly legal as far as our knowledge extends too.
