Replying and Posting Problem

Hi there we have purchased in block 2 of porto fino does anyone know what stage this block is at and anything else about it,have not heard much from anyone on this recently.Thanks

We went over to look at our apartment in Block 2 last week and it is nowhere near ready in my opinion. It is still very much a building site. We had to wear hard hats and brush past wet plaster on the stairway (the lifts aren't working). 

The apartment is still a mess although all the windows and doors are in. It is still to be painted and cleaned.

No bathroom fitings are in apart from the bath. The air conditioning is not in. No kitchen white goods are in but this is fitted last minute as the guarantees start from installation date.

We were told that the apartment and Block 2 would be complete by the end of June, but unless they get the 60 minute makeover team in I can't see how that will happen!

hi trevor, weve bought in block 3 could you tell me how it is proggresing.

Hi Jeff

All I can tell you is what it looks like on the outside and that looks further behind that Block 2. Much of the plastering has still to be completed on the outside of the block. We were a bit surprised by that and were told that the plasterers work their way along the blocks, it just seemed strange that the outside of block 1 and 2 seemed further forward.

Sorry apart from that I can't tell you much as we only walked past it. Again it does not look like it will finished by the end of June.
