Last sunday morning (Yes sunday) morning and still half asleep I received a call from PW cust services re the state of our garden on jengebre 8 ph6. After our last visit we complained of the standard of workmanship, uneveness etc. it looked as if it had all been rushed and the not come up to the usual standard of PW.
They have now advised that a number of other owners had similar complaints and after investigation found that many gardens had suffered subsidence. In response to this they are forming an action team of landscapers to rectify the problems. This work is due to commence this week and take approx 20days. As we will be on site from the 18th June for 10 days it will be interesting to see the works and how it is progressing.
