Let me introduce myslelf my name is Jane and my husband is called Lee and we have a 5 year old daughter and we live in Wickford in Essex.
Last September we put a deposit down on a townhouse on phase 2 and was told it would be ready for us in July 2009, after reading many of your threads and speaking to our agent it could be as late as spring 2010.
We are sorry to hear about the problems you are all having in regards to the issue of the swimming pool and sports complex when we had our tour of the complex we was also told by taray that there was tobe a pool, tapas bar and sport complex built on phase 1 , hopefully this will soon resovle itself and we can all enjoy our homes at San Cayetano.
We are comming over in a few weeks time for our hols we are staying in a friends house on Mar Menor golf complex we will be making a vist to see the site, as we have not be over since last September.
