residents certificate for 94 year old

Although my apartment in phase 1 has been empty for a few months I am still receiving bills for gas,electricity and  water.
I have spoken to our administrator and he tells me we each have individual meters for these services.
Can anyone tell me if there is a basic standing charge regardless of usage and also if it is possible to access our own meters to take readings?

We also have an apartment in Phase 1. Yes you will continue to receive invoices for all the utilities and the standing charges are payable irrespective of usage....unfortunately!

Our understanding is that you are supposed to be able to request a key to your respective meter cupboard from the Administrator. We had a specific query last Autumn and Florina in Customer Services was very helpful and used the Technical Dept key to access the meter cupboard ...but as a 'one-off'. That reminds me ...we must request our own key!

Could someone advise where the bills are sent to. I paid the various deposits to roda when I closed in Sept and I assume now I will receive on-going bills.

Are they just put in your Roda Post Box?

You should find them in your post box if you have an apartment.

We were allocated our box by Roda but had no idea. when I enquired in the office they gave me the Key and Joy a year of post.

txs, so far its been just stuffed full of 'crap' mail. I assume we will find them their when Im over in April.
