We purchased our villa early 2006, at that time the specification was different to the one which they have now. They upgraded various items in the villa eg. silestone worktops, the fancy sinks and mirrors in the bathroom, air conditioning. Peinsa have said that these upgrades are compensation for the delays. Our argument is that if everyone is gettng them, how can that be compensation. As far as we are concerned compensation is something which is given to people who have experienced delays, not to everyone. Our solicitor is pursuing this for us.
