Holidays/short term visits

Just thought I'd share with you the good news - NOT

Started booking our flights for September with BMIBaby from Cardiff to Alicante and was horrified to find that they're charging £19.98 per bag checked in luggage - absolute rip off.    How can they justify an increase from £4.99 to that from the last time I booked around 2 months ago?    Or am I missing something here?

Well Campbell is flying with Ryanair to Brno in October and their baggage charge was £24 per bag!!!!!  Hnece told him hand luggage only :0)

Well, decided to walk with our feet , increase our carbon footprint, and go from Bristol instead.  Going with  Easy Jet - over £100 cheaper. (I expect all the airlines will jump on the band-waggon now though - this will be the end of cheap flights now - just when we were all beginning to have something to look forward to!  

 Also heard something on the radio this morning about some legislation going through parliament today, which if passed, will add another £40+ to each person flying to offset carbon footprints.
