Good luck and I'm sure that cash in hand you will find some good buys......make sure that the build quality is up to modern day standards as some older re sales have a poor spec....or of course allow for upgrading in your offer

Also look at new ready now as some builders are now prepared to give some good offers.to sell that last few on their development  

 
Nice to hear from yet another source that OTCC is legal...there are still some people on the various forums who say it is not!!

Surely rowland as an experienced agent would be able to find out when the BG is going to be issued.

the bank guarantees will be issued ca. 45 days after signing purchase contract, but if it were me i would instruct my lawyer to exchange contracts at the same time as receiving the bank guarantee, this can be done, huma have an insurance that covers everybodys money plus interest for a total amount of  €1,400,000.00, plus € 156,234.95 for interests.

Our lawyer wants the  Bank Guarantees swapped over and in there hands at exact same time contract is signed, does not want us to sign if this is not the case.

Asking why there is a commercial type posting afer a comment is not slagging people off.

There are no postings from us slagging people off.

There is no rule or policy that only people purchasing can make a posting.

You do not represent all of the subscribers to this site.

YES. anyone can use this site and put on / attach what they like, so why  are you telling rowland what he can attach to his postings.

We do not slag rowlandsbb off every time you come on. We have never posted anything that is offensive or rude. We are allowed to ask reasonable questions.

Our point is that there are links to his myspace site and a contact, which in our opinion is spam.

We complained to EOS about his link to his website which was a blatent advert for business.It gives a warning about spam after each posting. 

Rowlandsbb was posting links to his business for professional gain.

He is an agent selling  (HUMA?) properties. 

Can I put my business link on here. (Its a golf business, doing a great deal on Daly putters and also the Nicklaus range, also  two ball putters and Wilson Deep Red, contact me PM for great offers)

We are entitled to stay on this website as we could change our minds and purchase at OTCC or MCC. We are therfore perfectly within our rights to see how other peoples purchases on these properties progress before making up our minds.

 We are currently taking HUMA to court.

We will update people as and when things happen.Hopefully this will help them.

Does it really matter if he does sell property for HUMA, he has a business the same as you ,and maybe, drumming up business for himself, but i have met Brian and his family and they are very nice people, i don,t like reading personnal comments about people, when they have never met each other.
I come on this site to find out information about the sites, not listen to a load of bickering.

In answer to your points:

 EOS did take the website link off as it was an advert for a business.

Having a HUMA agent posting info is not an independent,unbiased viewpoint.

None of the comments have been personnal, they would be made about any Agent putting his website link on here.

Dont have to have met him to question his independent standing.

Age....45 years old but dont look it.

I didnt buy through him, but through Ultra Villas of Cheltenham who haven`t assisted at all.

Haven`t looked at myspace for your pic. ( Dont know your name).

Take it you dont want anything from the Nicklaus line. Doing a deal on Nike drivers if that helps.

All i am saying is that people who use this site, are sick to death with the way we have all been treated, and have suffered enough disappointment and i am sure i speak for the majority when i say that all we want to read when we come on this site is useful information and not continuing comments about other people on this site.

How does this effect buying off plan now? 

Prices agreed now may be really high compared to when OTCC is ready.

This thread is called "Proceed With Caution". 

We are not posting again as we have no intention of buying in Spain in the current economic climate. 

Buying Off Plan now at an agreed price for a property ready in 12 months is madness.In 12 months the prices will be rock bottom.
