Help/work/driving offered in exchange for accomodation

Hi, yes we are releaved - it is not the right time for us to continue with purchase. We had hoped to have the apartment some 18 months ago! Still the experience was good and we made visits to spain for pleasure due to the ongoing purchase at the time.

We will still be going out to spain - and the complex , but will be hiring apartment(s) at the moment! So, if anyone has 2 or 3 bedroom apartment on complex with large double bed (we hired last time and the double bed was so small - I think it must have been either 4ft or 4ft6" bed!) we would love to hear from you.

I'm glad it has worked out for you in the end the whole buying experience on Arenal Golf has turned into a long wait with many false promises and lies.But we still believe its worth the wait and annoyance even though we're still waiting to complete over 26 months late on block 7 phase 4 and like you we have enjoyed many trips out to Arenal Golf and getting to know the surrounding area.

Looking for a bit of advice from anyone that has managed to claim a refund, we are currently in the process of claiming a refund as we have purchased an apartment in phase 8! And have no idea when it will be available as we are already way over the stated completion date.

We are using an independent Lawyer and are starting Legal procedings, I would like to check the prices they have quoted us to ensure they are correct:

Legal Representaion from Lawyer :   2604.00 Euros + VAT

Legal Fees : 7642.00 Euros + VAT

Public Notary: 200 Euro + VAT

Does this seem a bit expensive?? Opinions please!
