chasing rental enquiries

Hi,

We are moving over this year (me, hubby and two daughters age 7 and 3). We have just been over again for 10 days and been looking around urbs. We are looking at renting initially and was wondering if you could give me an insight of living at "Costa Galera". We haven't found a rplace to rent yet as we don't have a date to move over but was wondering if some of you could give me a round about price of rental there, a penthouse is preferred ranging from a 2-4 bedroom. I know rental can be negotiated as somebody I know has done this there.

Any advice on this and what it is like living there would be really great.

We're at Galera Park which is just in front of Galera Country Club and I think our neighbours are on a long let at about €1300 a month  (that's a 3-bed house). I think flats are about €900. But those are for long leases. Summer lets are meant to be @1000 a week!

There is a letting office on the parade of shops in front of Galera Park but I've heard they don't have everything available because they are expensive. Sol in English newspaper is a good source of advertisements. Available free at the English bookshop in nearby Sabinillas (and other places but they have all the English free papers).
