We're using QPM for keyholding and have also used them for various jobs (fitting lights, window locks, ceiling fans etc).  We met them first when they carried out our snagging.

Very professional and highly recommended.

We use Lavender n Lime who live on HR. They have been first class and very helpful with being around for delivieries etc. Happy to provide details if required.

Yes we use them too, great girls and can thoroughly recommend.

The guys at QPM are very professional and I cant speak highly enough about them!

If there is something they cannot do, they say so and then bring someone in who can.

They have recently installed some kitchen units for me and their price was half that of PW for the same units.

They are very reliable, offer a great service and are nice guys too!

Sorry if this sounds dumb but what is included in the keyholding service?  I have just completed but we are not coming out until September.  In the mean time I am hoping to coordinate a few things from UK to coincide with my visit (furntiture / white goods delivery etc) so I can oversee installations myself.  

There is also some snagging to rectify and I am not sure whether Polaris retain a key for this purpose or whether I need someone to let them in and keep an eye on them while they do the work.  Similarly I am assuming the utility companies will require access to hook up their services?  Again I am hoping this can be done in my absence.

Any ideas?

I am also trying to co ordinate furniture,white goods,utilities,cleaning & snagging from the UK.
I have flights booked for the end of August and would like to spend most of my time relaxing with my wife ( 10 day trip )

Advice appreciated on how I can cover the bulk of the activities from UK please

Tom,
We have found DFS to be absolutely fantastic and would have no hesitation in recommending them to you for furniture (whether individual or a pack) and white goods. They could deliver in your absence even if you don't have a keyholder yet as they could pick your key up from PW providing you provide authorisation.

Lennie may well be able to act as a keyholder for you, I know he is already acting as keyholder for other forum members.
