Well I can't get over this story. I know that some people had some bad experiences with Parador as many have with other companies. We can only Thank our Lucky stars that everything went well for us. All through the process we could not fault the service we recieved from them and in particular Michael in the After Sales team.
I suppose as with most things there will always be good and bad experiences. You only have to keep reading the threads on this site to see that. Again we have been very lucky in the fact that any small problems we have had on Thalassa have been sorted straight away by KM. Here's hoping for many Happy years at Thalassa.
