Further to "old" threads in other website forums, can anyone confirm what is being done about the emergency telephones in the lifts?
Whilst we were out there for 2 weeks in May, our life broke down at least 4 times - luckily we weren't in it and there was no-one else in ours nor adjoining blocks if we had got stuck. Not good if you have paying guests.
I also note from the community fees list that we are paying for this service (emergency telephone contact during breakdown).
As Keymare provided lifts for access, surely it is their responsibility to ensure they meet legal requirements? Again, this is something they appear to have "defuncked" on and like the spa, is debatable whether its the community's responsibility to fund.
As a legal requirement to have this emergency facility, would it be the community fined or Key Mare if a lift got stuck with someone in it - and what about the health/safety risks of that person/s if that can't get out for some time?
