Avelinos in Fortuna have good range of white goods, although not as cheap as a hypermarket - you can get discount if you buy enough, they will deliver and install. From experience they are quick and local if you have any problems.
The big commercial centres in N. Murcia ( Thader and Neuvo Condominia) have stores/hypermarkets that would fulfill all your needs. Plus of course, Ikea. They may not deliver or install but the prices reflect that. They are only 30/40 min drive away. If you are lucky in your selection you can collect on the day.
There are other, smaller, shops in Santomera - only 30min away but we have no experience of them.
I'm not sure how well you know the area but I'm sure one of us neighbours would act as guides next time you are over.
