Hopfully next year will bring a lot of cheer to us all,and I might eventually get back down to my villa and be allowed to use it.

Question- The new Apartments are they on the hill besides the pepper pots or

are they at the front of the estate by the main road?

Is Phase 2/3 near finished you mentioned the shops are being built is there any dates

for when the shops will open and what type of shops will be there ie:Pub Supermarket etc.

The apartments are at the top of the hill at the side of the pepper pots. As you go up the hill, they are just behind the towers on both sides of the road. They have literally squeezed them into the smallest space. They look very odd because they are two storey (and might be even higher as exile says) and everything else is on one level (apart from Ronnies house which dominates the skyline)

I wonder who they are thinking of renting them too? Holiday makers or long term lets? Who knows what they are thinking?

We are a couple of streets away (in phase one) so shouldnt be too affected but others we have spoken to are right next door and have lost all of their views already.

This is a large document that refers to lots of developments in the region. If you open it and search for 'trampolin' you should find the relevant articles.

Could anyone please provide an accurate translation of what this actually means?  

I think it highly dangerous to complain about the flats as everything that Solera has built is ,so far,illegal. If we get the Town Hall to demolish the flats who knows where they will stop? I think we should await the Escrituras which will mean our houses are legal at last. I don`t want to muddy the waters and the flats are a small price to pay.

 I guess the flats will belong to Raf and Antonio and let to long term renters ,probably Spanish. As for the Commercial outlets they are unlikely to be operative for some time as our cathchment area is small  and will have to compete with a superb new Supermarket, 2 bars and a nice Restuarant on Polaris La Torre already open and only 7 minutes from us here. Our best bet is possibly a Brit run small bar for the moment but do remember even when the site is legal that less than 50% of it will have permanent residents which makes economic viability difficult.

Is La Torre nice has it fully opened?
