I seem to have lost all the channels on my polaris world box.
When I try to install again I only get polaris world tv.
Can anyone help?

We had a problem with the Polaris TV package. The digibox just kept scrolling through all the channels. We simply switched the digibox off at the back of the box-switched it on 60 seconds later and hey presto.

Report it to PW Call centre ... they will get the Telecoms out...thats the Support that you have paid for.
