If the majority of units sold on Oasis are from the transferees off Acc,then the monies that they have paid comes across with them? even after the great expense of Acc all that money must have gained a hell of a lot of interest and obviously when the property,s are handed over then there is another chunk to be paid to Huma,so o.k maybe not floods of new investors but enough exsisting Acc clients to make a sizeable dent in the proposed development!
Then,,sell what you can, make an effort with phase 1 encourageing people to buy,and if not sit on it for a year or two or when ever the market picks up!
