Can anyone recommend shop to buy TV and sat box? We come over in a few days so are planning next weeks jobs before we collapse and enjoy the sun.

Hi , Activa was great for my tv and lots of other electricals. Its a big yellow shop on the right hand side as you travel on the coast road from Garrucha to Mojacar Playa

We are out next Tuesday and were going to take with us a SKY + box and dish with receiver with the hope of connecting up to our TV and using own skycard when we go over to Spain. Has anyone done this as yet?
Also wondered if you could put me in contact with a good installator who could arrange the cabling for us.

Have'nt taken it over yet, but I will be able to get all the free to air channels - BBC, ITV, Ch 4 /5 plus all the usual Sat channels. The only way you will get all SKY channels is if you subscribe in the UK and take your box and card with you.

I am now scrapping the idea of carrying a sat dish over was getting the whole package over here for £30 but just off the phone with a cable guy in Spain and the dishes will not do, we need larger ones in Spain to reach the system.
I am going to take the sat box over with me and a digibox so i will update once i have it all up and running. I have arranged for him to install in Block 27 this Thursday so if anyone out there wants to join up on the cost of installation send me a pm.
