Whilst I feel that the majority of owners are adhering to the community rule .I feel that when properties are rented ,they are not made aware .
Article 10.- Hanging laundry, clothes or towels on the rails of the balconies, in communal areas or on the terraces of the façade is not permitted. This must be done exclusively in the spaces designated for this purpose (individual hangers but no ropes) and in a manner that does not affect the homes.
Perhaps owners could inform on their websites or written notice ,
First floor apartments ,renters seem to do this as a means of creating privacy ,perhaps owners could install vision restriction as per community regulations. I say again most have done this ,some have not ,and towels placed all the way around a balcony degrade our community.

I really cannot see the issue with a few towels hanging over railings, its does not bother me to one bit. It does not degrade the complex at all. When you are renting an apt, or have 6 of you staying in one its quite hard to find somewhere to dry towels, trunks etc whilst being able to sit on the terrace, those of us with 2 bed apts only have small terraces.
We are all there to enjoy ourselves and whilst I do agree certain rule and regs have to be adhered to, rules like this are just over the top..

These rules are included in the statutes that were issued by Key Mare on completion on the CD in the pack that was given. The statutes were offered as a discussion point at the last community meeting & anyone who objected to any of the statutes had an opportunity to raise their concerns.
The discussion on the statutes were also included on the minutes for the meeting so those who didn't attend also had an opportunity to raise any issues.
I will try to send a copy this evening although it is a big file. If anyone else wants a copy, please PM me or send me an email to the usual address.
Regards

Unfortunately, it is not just a case of a few towels. I have seen a balcony in Block 26 frequently draped with sheets over the balcony & this really does degrade the appearance not only within the development but to the "outside world".
This has happened during every visit that I have made to Thalassa since completing, at the same apartment, so I don't think it is necessarily renters that are causing the problem & it may be something that owners need to speak to their keyholders about.
