Hi everyone,
There is an e-mail being forwarded from 'Alhambra Holdings' regarding a community meeting about the (possibly) commencing management of the building.
I unfortunately don't really know much more than this e-mail and what people were talking about when I was over the other week.
Alhambra Holdings are now sending out letters to tell us about a meeting to discuss certain points which is to be held in Mojacar on 1st August.
I really don't have a clue how anyone (who isn't already out there or is already going out then) is going to be able to get a flight in August in 2 days time - I have looked, and it's expensive.
Apparently you can give your vote to someone else who is going to attend - but you'd just have to go with what they thought best at the time.
The points in their agenda are:
Formal constitution of the community
Election of officers. Election of president and vice president.
Proposal that Alhambra Holdings acts as Administrator and Secretary.
Budget and Expenses for the financial year. Initial fund estimate.
Other agreements.
Any other business.
