Received a letter from Hogarsur today asking us to attend Notary's office in Mojacar on 26/03/08 to sign the deeds.We have already informed Parador that we won't now be out there until mid April.

The letter also informs us of the first meeting of "the Constitution of Owners Community,and the appointment of its members" on 26/03/08 at the Hotel Marina Playa.

Yes, we have the same letter and are in the same position as you, in that we wont be completing until towards end of April.

We have also received the letter from Hogasur and are also in the same position regarding signing on 26/03/2008. Just wondering if you have had confirmation that it is ok to delay signing and that no extra costs are incurred.

Suppose eveyone has had letter, think is a bit of a cheek to pluck a date out of the air when there have been so many delays.

Hi All

We've just spoken to our solicitor who told us that untill the water and electrics have been connected fully medsea won't let the completion on 26th March go ahead.

Also still waiting on our valuation!!
