I was over last week to signed and have moved furniture in, they are doing alot of repairs to communial areas, pool was being cleaned out ready for filling, didnt go to community meeting so dont no what the yearly fee's will be, i will check that out next visit in the begining of may.

Are you on builders electric and water? How did snagging go?

We are out in a couple of weeks, and want to be as prepared as possible.

Ive got builders water at moment but no electric.Its connected 5 working days after signing.Snagging went well,Florence is arranging for things to be rectified for my next visit 040508!No lifts working,moving in was very hard with all the stairs.No access to the carpark yet, which would have helped,everything has to be unloaded from the road, so hope your not on the ground floor block 3!!!

I chose furniture Monday and it was delivered,free,by friday.
