Snagging is checking over the apartment (and complex) and reporting any faults or things you are not happy with. You can do it yourself, or get a pro to do it. We are doing it ourselves I think.

As for whats on the list, I dont know for ours as we havent done it. But it would be things like, poor plaster finish, badly fitted sockets and stuff like that. Hopefully nothing more major!

When are you going to complete?

They should fix stuff for free. I think with that kitchen socket thing, it was more of a design problem than faulty workmanship if that makes sense. they just fitted them is a stupid place.

I think you will have to be fairly stong with them, as if they can get out of anything I guess they will.

The good thing is, with a number of apartments left for sale, I would have thought they will be looking to keep those that have purchased as happy as possible.
