Does anyone need to drive from UK to Malaga in next few days?

I'm finding it hard to get my solicitor to get bank guarantees for my phase 2 quad villa stage payments made last summer. In view of all the problems there are with developers going bankrupt, I want to contact Taray directly in writing threatening them with contract cancellation if the guarantees are not forthcoming, as I think that this is the only way I'm going to get them!

I can't seem to find the Taray website for an address. Is their website functional? If so can anyone let me know the address. I also would like have an email address and a contact name for whoever at Taray is responsible for administering the build at San Cayetano.

I believe this is the information you have asked for. We purchased on Phase 1 and our solicitor had no trouble in obtaining specific bank guarantees for us on all the stage payments we agreed and made to Taray. They told us that they could take upto 4 weeks until after the money was received by Taray and on each occasion they came within this timescale.

Glad to hear you've had no problems. 

Sadly, I don't think we are the only ones without a bank guarantee - we've waited for a year with no action, just promises from our solicitor that no buyer has ever had any problems with Taray so far - their procrastination and empty promises is why I'm going directly to Taray.

Still having problems with the website, I've tried taray (dot) es and taray (dot) es/dev with no success - any other site I should be trying?

There website has been down for about 4 weeks supposedly for updating.
