Dear All, if this development is as described by Nigie then Just Dan has done well to off-load his investment here. Everyone else should make the best of things but he is off as fast as possible. Does that show us anything other than the power of spin. Nothing to hide, but nothing to show, still no forum profile, everything hidden. No name, no trading name, but lots of advice. Some good, some questionable, but all anonymous. Make of it what you can. Best regards Norman

Its me again. Oh well carolfrayne, helenB, normansands and countless others,  I see Just Dan is bored again, nothing else to do but sit on this forum, talking complete rubbish, pi**ing everyone off and then feining hurt trying to get one or two morcels of sympathy.  What help and advice are you, or have you actually given people....and who are you to give that advice....what , actually, are your experiences.......you never seem to make any sense in what you say.....everything is so cloak and dagger. Try art or stamp collecting or something. Go out and get a life or maybe just switch the damn computer off. ...but, hey, I've just given you the opportunity to fill another 10 minutes of your existence. Silly me. Isn't this fun.

We all know that countless people have been shafted just like Justin.

So how do we change it?

The easy route is to spin the positives to the unsuspecting and off-load the investment on the best terms possible.

Not very ethical but hardened investors have little conscience do they, especially if they can remain anonymous?

There is clearly no way at all to bring this development up to spec.

So to "move on" we must endeavour to stop the con happening again.

We need to follow the "long road" until Sp[anish investments are safe and we reach a state where "EVERYTHING PROMISED MUST BE PROVIDED" just as Maria tells us that is what Spanish Law requires.

We just need to get the practice to follow the theory and stop burying heads in sand, even if the sun shines on the protrusions.

If copy and pasting your postings from a different thread and posting here amuses you then as long as the rest dont mind then thats no problem
However I dont believe the veiwers or posters are in the slightest interested in your rantings and would rather your posts reflect the future of this development.
Please concentrate on valid contributions to this good development  future and less in trying to find out who or what I am as no one else gives a toss.

Why not leave us all alone. You have no interest in the site and we will decide who is genuine.
Let us make our own decisions , our own mistakes and our own progress. It is clear you have nothing to contribute apart from attracting unwanted and adverse publicity.
Please take your own frustrations out on the people who deserve it - I assume these are the ones who led you up the garden path. These people are not the majority on this site. The one or two who are not genuine we have to deal with ourselves.

Also, remember everyone is hiding behind a computer , so what does a profile matter. I can make up another profile from a remote computer , a home computer, my laptop, iphone, Blackberry.

Its all so sad but in the end  someone and somethings have to move on.
At the end of the day I do have lots of experience on the Costa and trust me this is no bad development.( Problems yep yer going to get that on every development in possibly every country) 
When and if some people could see what contitutes what a real problem development then they would see that perhaps they are ill informed in trying to make out that their developement is amoungst the worse and then going about posting on other threads saying  "I BET MY DEVELOPMENT IS WORSE THAN YOURS "
Of course everyone is entitled to opinions and threads are there to post views but perhaps some just dont know when to stop when its only causing more problems to those that are working so hard,(However thats my opinion and others dont have to agree)
Please be assured that it matters not to me what I am called/accused of as at the end of the day that person has lost the argument.
If it takes the attention away to what is a self destructing attempt to get revenge on a deal that has gone bad when it should have not been entered into in the first place then so be it.

it is a pity that this excellent forum is plagued with the "spoilers", with no credentials of any kind who post silly nonsense of one sort or another, just because they can.

Most especially when one of them is clearly a "shadowy commercial" with no name and no trade name, serving "clients" in some undeclared way. This shouild be stopped.

Are these the same people who killed CB radio??

I shall be visiting the development again shortly and will report and photograph all the good works that have been achieved.

Just Dan - I've cracked it.  I think I know what motivates Norman Sands - your entry says "I've made 373 posts" but poor old Norman has another 200 posts to make before he catches you up, he obviously wants to be blogger-in-chief.  His foolish and reckless attempts to make a quick profit on the booming Spanish property market (no doubt that's how the agent portrayed it) has left him with a feeling of low self-esteem and he needs to succeed elsewhere to compensate. Maybe if you kept quiet for a bit he could catch you up and then retire gracefully ?

Dont think this one will give up until the world agrees with him  that this development is the pits.
Until everyone feels sorry for him and admits they were as irresponsible as him and bought hell on earth he wont keep it

Lost me on that one but news good and bad is important.
By the nature of the development forum threads its mainly those seeking help and support as things havent turned out well being self inflicted or indeed are having a rough time through no fault of there own.
As is said the vast majority are very happy indeed with their property in Spain so why would they really risk getting a smack in the gob by the doom merchants.
The threads should are are open as far as I know for everyone to contribute to the hopeful benefit of all.
If we can use any combined or individual experiences or advice and it in some way helps then whats the problem and why ask the editor to enter into who should and should not post on any thread,thats non of your damned business,
The problem with some is that this is now 2008  not 2004 and things have moved on and thats life me ole mucker.
When you do take yer photos do us a favour and lets have the broader picture and impression can be made to look both good and bad.
Remember the brouchure and the marketing . Bloody good dont you think but of course should never be taken on trust with such a major investment even and ole godger like you .
Lets have some debate of values here as that would be useful as genuine feed back would be on any development thread.
Lady I was in contact last week has the offer of 260 .000 Euros for a Penthouse in good location here and PX is possible.
Over to you Norman as its you that wants debate SOooooo debate then.
Also see that another comany is using this development as an example luxury development to sell there own crap.

Lets debate that as well as its important to the owners as well.

sorry to have been off-line.

To be helpful I would have thought a simple retake of the photos I had previously posted would be encouraging, if there is any improvement.

Cracks filled and repaired, path edges repaired and reinforced etc. Flourishing plants instead of dead and dying and anything else for the community to be proud of in the garden.

Dampness gone not just repainted.

Roads open and clear of temporary unsightly barriers etc.

Generally good details and not just endless retakes of one clean pool.

If it looks to good its then beware.

There are many advertisments like this going around at the moment but suprise suprise they are sold just before you have the opportunity.

One thing that stands out is the Disney thingy as this was used by every iffy sales comany as a sales tactic years ago.

All a bit Mickey Mouse. 

Once had someone saying they had 10 to sell at 150,000 Euros but when I requested details they declined.

Put it this way. If this Casaris del Sol with fees paid then where do I sign.

I've just wasted a whole lunch break reading this thread to find the 'Norman n Dan Show' similar to Itchy n Scratchy from The Simpsons.....

All I founs out is that Norman isn't happy with his investment and has presumably pulled out and lost his deposit and Dan has wound him up about it despite not being an investor !!!!
