hi all
just got back from almerimar ,we had a lovely time . we are in block 5 the pool
was so warm at 10 in the morning just the two of us at most we saw 20 people
in at one time, must still be alot to sign.we signed in may had our bank back here
telling us our time of 6 months drawdown was nearly up as it was nov 07 they
said we may have the money so we had to hurry before they with draw the money,
as for our apartment it is lovely,the standard of the build is first class.
we came to almeria april 05 met a agent who took us to see a parcel of
land going to be golf hotel apart ments ect. i asked if it had a bank guarantee he
said no it put me off but it was a lovely place but i did not get the feel so we said no.
we stayed in hotel and next to it was mri office a sales person came out and asked us
if we looking to buy we told our story and that we have only 1 day left .we told him
as time was short we did not need any bullshit , we went back in the morning he
then took us to almerimar and looked at some town house proindal had just finnised
and it was first class plus developer was backed by a bank as we put 30% down
it is alot to lose, so mri get 10/10 for taking us to the area .
as for proindal i have to say have been very good to us and help us
out alot of times in the time from april 05 we have been over 12 times ithink i spent
more time in proindals office then some of the staff.
we got our furniture from djb and my wife is over the moon wynn and charmaine
have also looked after us to make moving in easy.
so after 3 years are we happy yes.
