Dear All,

Does any one qualified and experienced have knowledge of what planning permission is in place for this development?

"One point which should be considered is the question of "Planning Permission". I believe I am correct in saying that this development, as built, is nothing like the brochure with many facilities missing, including at least one pool with two additional blocks included in it's place. Given that the authorities are cracking down and ordering demolition of buildings without planning permission are these two extra blocks safe from such measures? "

You will not get your answer.
1  Its clear that there are whole developments without any planning/habitaion licences and to make them legal the developers simple have to either give compensation to the corrupt councils or give them a bung and its all O.K.
3 True they will demolish a hotel or two and some useless development in the middle of no where as a token .
4 Now if in the most unlikely event they did demolish valid developments? Who is going to pay compensation ?Most Councils are bankrupt as they have been bled dry by a load of greedy ba----tards
5 There has been so much corruption and brown paper bags in Spain over the past 10 years that not even the councils or government know whats been built.
6 In Marbella at the moment they have had to introduce a new P.G.U town plane based on airiel photos which is going through at the moment.
7 To be honest I find it hard to recall any development built over recent years to have turned out to plan or brouchure.
8 Now lets put this into fact so you know what you are dealing with

A  section of a development built without any plans whatsover were built and the developer was rightly taken to court with people rightly claiming their money back with bank guarantees in place and of course should be a formality.

COURT RESULT
IT WAS DEEMED LEGAL BECAUSE NO ONE HAD STOPPED THEM BUILDING .

Take yer time to open your eyes and look at threads on almost every other development as while you continue to flag this one up its not even on the radar as other problem developments.
Sadly it dosnt help you and many others in similar situations but these are the facts.
Now. You may want to draw the editors attention to my postings but the sad fact is that you SIGNED UP./YOU TOOK THE GAMBLE TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF INVESTING /
YOU HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO REALIZE THE FINANCIAL LOST NOW .
Others have decided to complete in the hope that  in the end they will not create a loss ,facts are we may all loose in the end.
