Bank transactions - need some help with the lingo/descriptions!

I am hoping that Key Mare have used the same bathroom furniture on all the Al Andalus complexes. Can someone that is there now or in the very near future tell me the manufacturer of the toilet please? We want to get a new seat and have ben told that a UK seat may not fit due to the different fittings. Apparently a Roca Victoria will be able to take UK fittings, but a Bellavista won't. I have been told that KM fittings are the latter.

Unfortunately Key Mare don't want to talk to me at the moment . Probably because I am asking them why adequate supervision wasn't in place when the air conditioning was fitted and allowing contractors to fit broken parts!!!

Anyhow, just in cas you do all have the same fittings, our keyholder has tol me:

The manufacturer is Valdares and the model is Oceanus

Hi....yet another person who has upset them?


I could not get a mortgage for my apartment.......however, I was promised a major part of my deposit back as there was an idemnity on the deposit........guess what?

The contract was cancelled last january but no money has been refunded and no-one wants to help me........I am so sick of Spanish companies making their own rules up!!


I wish someone could help me....I have got maria helping, but have not heard anything for ages......woe is me!! I can't afford to loose cash like water.........don't suppose anyone else can either!!
