The law in Spain does require that all contracts are in Spanish, however the fact that a contract may have been provided in English only, does not mean it is invalid or that anybody is entitled to their money back, or to even request it.
If somebody is going to try to enforce a "breach of Contract" they really must have a very good legal argument, anyone considering this argument, or this course of action should seek legal advice in Spain, as I am sure they would do.
If the contracts were signed by both parties and both parties were happy with the terms of the contract at the time of signing, then that is a legal contract in Spain regardless of the language it is written in.
