CALIDONIA RENTALS

hI all

just received an e-mail from pablo regarding taking up the offer of calidonia rentals, it says that the offer is limited to the first 150 client who return the forms, the e-mail contains an extensive list of fellow corverians, so i presume all on list has received this offer.

what does anyone think of the offer, i have mixed feelings after reading some of the comments made on the Roda forum regarding their rentals department.

Hi perse, I agree, the service doesn't seem to have gone down that well at Roda.  I also don't like the fact that you have to purchase their furniture, I have already chosen mine so won't be taking on their services.

We haven't received any communications from Corvera for quite some time now! Has everyone else received the e-mail about rentals?

We are on phase 2 and are told that completion should be May 2009

I am the same as yourself..nothing from Corvera. I am also phase 2. That's fine with me as long as they come up with the goods next  May.

We're on phase 2 as well and have had no communication from Corvera, - no emails about rentals or anything else - and no sign of that elusive building licence.  However we' re still hopefully hanging on in there!

ditto - no communication regarding any licenses or rentals although the solictor sent me a long winded Spanish building license document which i could not undersand or ascertain whether it even related directly to our property - i had to request it as well, it was not sent to me automatically

i do remember when we bought our Menta that phase 2 had been out some time and the Menta was a late addition so I am presuming that the phases are split into different timescales , almost like a phase in themselves

To be honest , i am taking the May completion with a pinch of salt for my part of the phase and sort of imagining it will be later in the year - if anyone has been out there and has seen this part of the Phase being built i would be interested to know as it is so long ago that i looked at the plan that i would not know where it was now! 

i have just gone along with everything on this developement with reasonable optimism as i believe we will see a great complex in the end 

I am also on phase two but have recieved the offer from Corvera but was also informed at a recent visit that I would have to use their furniture pack to take up this offer

we at roda had to take their furniture pack in order to use them for rentals.
we took the pack but are just renting ourselves fr now, but will hopefully hve the option further down the line to go with them.
im sure roda are charging 900 euros for a 2 bed penthouse just now already, compared to around haf that which we are charging.
i did hear though tht they had rented out every one of their properties during july and august.
