Are Today's Newspapers Boring?

I have just uploaded some pictures taken on our recent visit to Corvera, some taken from the road adjacent to the Sales Office and others from one of the back roads in the town itself.

Having read various negative comments on this site over the past few months but now having been there and seen first hand the building work in progress we are completely convinced that Corvera will be a top class development (not that we were in any doubt anyway!). Rosa has informed us that there are nearly 1000 properties being built simultaneously and that the builders are working 12 hour days to catch up with the schedule. There was certainly a lot of activity going on.

We were also told that the Aftersales team would be starting work at the Sales Office within the next week or so and that every purchaser would be assigned someone to see their purchase through to completion.  

As far as we are concerned the development has changed drastically & dramatically since our last visit and we expect it to be even further progressed when we visit again in September.

We took the opportunity to visit Roda whilst we were in the area and were very impressed by the standard of finishing and general build quality. Although the Clubhouse was not yet open we were able to have a look inside and can report that it is quite breathtaking. We believe that Corvera will be every bit as good and probably even better.

I also think that Corvera promises to be the best, and it's only the lack of response from agent, lawyers and developer that's caused the concern - though has to be said that developer has been most helpful of the three!

Still looking forward to that sangria in the sun :)

Thank you Coxa for the photographs and information.  Don't suppose you know which phase/type of properties the photographs are of.  We have purchased Tilo Phase I on the course and I always find it difficult to work out where the photographs are taken.  However, great to have first hand info on what is actually going on.  Thanks for taking the time to update us.

Just returned from a fantastic 5 days at Roda Golf (thanks to Jayne and Ivor Timmins for rental of their beautiful 2 bed Penthouse!).

Have loaded a rather large 6 mb photo of Corvera in all its glory which is actually 11 photos in 1 so may take a whle to download.

I think the photo speaks for itself!
